ICC League Drop-in Policy:

Anyone asked to drop in and did not show up, based on our policy he won’t be able to play in any future ICC League unless he pays the drop-in fee for the missed league plus penalty (Total $25). In order to reduce the number of no shows we have to enforce this $25 penalty policy. We are consistent with this policy even if kids have medical or any valid reasons.

League Policy

If you can’t make it for the league you will have to inform us by 12 noon by sending an email to sports@indiacc.org. If you don’t inform and don’t show up you will be taken out of the roster for your any next active/available league session in the following four weeks. The suspension of the week will be 100% decided by the league director. He will decide based on tentative rosters or to ensure that the suspension is effective for the player.

If no show is within the last 2 leagues of league quarter and you do not enroll for the following quarter, you will be responsible to pay a $10 penalty and league drop in to join any future league at ICC. In order to reduce the number of no-shows we have to enforce policy.

We are consistent on these policies even though the reason for a no-show is medical or any other valid reason. The League director has all the power to change the draws. If you come for the league and for any reason you can’t complete playing your all matches in the group then we will downgrade you in the group for your next ICC league play. We are consistent on this policy even though the reason for not completing all matches is medical or any other valid reason.

NOTE: Players need to have an active USATT  basic membership of $25/year to play the league matches. As this is a USATT league so USATT BASIC MEMBERSHIP needs to be active to play each league.

You can also email sports@indiacc.org for any questions related to Leagues drop-in, Classes, Private lessons, camps, or membership.

New option for suspended players: If you are suspended for the league for no-show (i.e. could not inform before 12 noon), you can still play the league with a $25 penalty on the suspended league session.
